HYDROCYCLONES

BLACKWALL PROCESS de-oiling and de-sanding hydrocyclones are the standards for primary separation in offshore applications. De-oiling hydrocyclones are compact and require a minimum footprint for installation.  They offer high oil removal efficiency and high online turndown. As a result, they are extremely cost effective .

De-sanding hydrocyclones can be used for new installations or retrofitting existing systems.   In retrofits, the hydrocyclone liner can can be fit to horizontal or vertical vessels without removal or hot work.  This feature makes the solution very economical.
